Winterfest (Part two) - The Battle [Offical-Thread]
 Listen up everyone,your in for a BIG event,Daniel Frozenwind has come to the conclusion that this is indeed going to be something VERY special, very special indeed.He feels he has something to prove to the community, and prove it he shall. Your in for a treat ladies and gentlemen, you really are. check guildwars.com community section this friday. Bah humbug How the Grenchies stole wintersday It would seem the grenchies of wintersday have been about there dastardly ways, Grenth by the looks of things is worried about what is going to transpire at wintersday and seeks to get the upper hand early! Without prior warning or knowledge, Dwayna has been caught unawares! She in her divine wisdom has called upon the finest snow ball fighters in the land to recover the vast stash of winter treats previously guarded by the Snowmen. Provoked, Frozenwind is making all haste to the snowball arena to avenge his snowy brethren. Those that support Dwayna will do well to stop by Daniel and his Friends as they will be greatly rewarded for there trouble .Let us take the battle to them. THE BATTLE DAY 1 - The Day of Grenth - Saterday 7pm GMT Report to the Mad Twins -Mad King Frost & Mad King Lanthorn Pledge your loyalty to these two and you will be rewarded with many spooky treats! Grenth schedule Report to your nearest Mad King! The very first Great candy corn army shall form! The invasion shall begin! activities will commence (we cannot be heald responsible for deaths) Mob Mentality [ Costume contest] look like an elf to be in with a chance.(not tonic) Day 2 The day of Dwayna Sunday 7pm GMT Report to your nearest snowman! The great elf army shall form Battlefield Training will commence (activities) Dwayna schedule Formation, formation, formation! (Synchs =rewards) Flash bang! Usage. (mass sparkler usage) Charge! (Conga’s) Soldiers Leave (hey , here is a treat, go munch on some of the candy provided) Roll call (Frozenwind says ten hut!) Evasive manoeuvres Last stand r.p.s At battles end ,Loot em! Firing squad The super effective grentchie disguise contest. [Green, mischievous, flare of red, get these correct or you may find yourself dead!] Lack of snowmen *Warning* “due to the snowmen lair raid, snowmen are in short supply, this could pose a severe threat to the Dwayna team if we cannot recover 100 snowmen." (This is because of the closeness to the Dragon winter fest.) We. Need. More snowmen. If we can gather 100 snowmen , More wintergreens will be thrown into the mix Adopt an elf Two elfs will be given away to the first to people who can guess there names, whom to contact will be listed shortly. THE REWARDS Donations are most welcome! Glacial Gauntlets Celestial weapons Zodiac weapons Many winter treats Cash And much + more! I have some issues that i will not go into here, all that you festive people need to know is that funds, resources and event schedule has been thrown together a.s.a.p because of the flash news of this event coming. It is my belief that we can show people what a real wintersday event should be like  . So Ladies and gentlemen . LETS PARTY! A matter of trust. I have just recently finished off the Frozen Dragon Winter Fest, this has made me quite low on supplies, but regardless ill be making a top notch event, just for you! If you need proof of my community work check the guild wars wiki in the player run events section, you will find evidence of my work. My guild was on Guildwars.com for the Ascalon Royal Masquerade Ball. And Gaile even graced our event just gone. I pride myself on having a clean reputation. The Olde Frozenwind Shoppe As always at my events i give out a very small number of Frozenwind helms, these act as tickets to a V.I.P event at the end of the year. People can only get a chance to receive these helms if they behave exceptionally well towards others, or are won in a on-air contest.

I'll have to put a little info about the use of texmod during this event! On Part 1 of the Winterfestival (During the dragon festival) I've made a texmod for Daniel's event, and I will do this again for this event. However, there will be 2 mods!, 1 mod for Grenth's Day and 1 mod for Dwayna's day. The mod's will change the Snowball Arena (area where we are partying) into the day's theme. Grenth's Day mod will be downloadable at Saturday, links will be on www.bladeradio.com Dwayna's Day mod will also be downloadable at Saturday , but it will be late night, and also on www.bladeradio.com ! Hurray! *cheers* I'll start working on my costume for Dwayna day.
I do have a question though - at what time does the Destroyer weapon thing occur? I'd love to have the chance to win one. I'll try to be on longer today, it all depends on what's going on here. Like last night we went to see the new Batman after we ate. But anyway, I will try to be on longer today and will hopefully get to win a Destroyer weapon *cough*bow*cough*. hehehehe Can't wait!EDIT: I got some pics from the events earlier and thought I'd share them with everyone.  Daniel and his loyal followers This is what happens to a snowman who gets attacked by Grenth (notice the baby Freezie comforting him)I'm pretty sure there will be more pics and videos up soon as well. Thanks for hosting this wonderful event Daniel, it was truly fun.
